The ultrasound

Here we are in a new year and I'm getting very close to the end of my pregnancy. I had an ultrasound on Wednesday to find out what we're having. It's another girl!!! I'm so excited. Some of our friends and relatives were hoping for a boy, since we have a girl already, but not me and Peter. I'm so used to having a girl, it's unimaginable to me to have a little boy. This way we get to use those adorable little dresses and outfits again. Just the thought of having to give them away would break my heart. People tell me to keep them for a few more years, in case we have more babies, but we're not planning on having any more.
The ultrasound also revealed that I'm 4 days ahead, so my new due date is March 3rd. The baby is the perfect size for this stage and she's very active. Up until a few weeks ago she was in a breech position (head up, feet down), but the ultrasound showed, she's turned around (upside down) the way she should be. We haven't come up with any names yet for her. She's about 4lbs at this point, which is really starting to slow me down. I find myself out of breath a lot, and I need to sit down more. At the same time, I'm working hard on getting my hours in at work to be eligible for maternity benefits again. I only need about 4 more weeks and I'll be in the clear.
We bought a new computer a couple of weeks ago. It makes life so much easier and less frustrating. I love it!
