Santa Claus is coming to town...

We are 5 weeks old today. It seems a lot longer than that. It's like it was 5 years ago that we came home from the hospital. Sarah has grown so much already. She's not that tiny little doll anymore, she can hold her up now, she knows my face and voice, she can even stand on her little feet when I hold her under her arms. She's very strong for her age. She eats like a champion and poops like a champion. Her feedings are still about every 3 hours, but she's up to 4 oz. now. She's already started to outgrow some of her outfits. She has some clothes that she never actually fit into, she was too big for them when she was born. I have a pile of them that we'll have to store for the next time around.
It's my birthday today. Yesterday we celebrated at Crabby Joe's with Peter, Sarah, my parents, my brother, Rodney, Jackie, Glenn and John. It was Sarah's first time in a bar. Not bad for a 5-week-old. She behaved wonderfully, she slept the whole time.
Last Saturday we attended the company Christmas Party with Drew, Ang, Jackie and Glenn. It was pretty good. The food was amazing as always, plus Peter and myself won a door prize as did Drew and Jackie. We weren't crazy about the music so we left at around 11 pm. Peter's parents watched Sarah for us.
Peter's been working long days as my maternity pay still hasn't kicked in. He's always tired, but still helps out with Sarah. He does some nightly feedings so I can get some sleep. He's fantastic. I wouldn't be able to keep up without him.
Thanks sweetie!
